App makes Facebook recruiting easier

HR pros looking for prospective employees on social networking sites often hit a roadblock: Many profiles aren’t visible unless you first “friend” the user. A new app may help get around that.
It’s called InSide Job, and it basically gives job seekers and recruiters another way to connect on Facebook. Job seekers must sign up and let the application import resume information from their profiles. Recruiting sign and give information about the company
The program then lets users network and search for each other based on current and previous employers, field and location.
