		<description>I think offering smaller sessions with a sign up sheet for a group of 10 or 20 at most helps people feel like they&#039;ve gotten more individualized attention.  Warm fuzzies waft from the room.</description>

		<description>Having it first thing in the morning or around lunch time with some food. Based on past experience, if you hold them at the end of the day, the employees all wanna go home and will not interact, just to get the heck out.</description>
