We have a mixture of employees ranging from baby boomers, gen x, gen y. The article echoes what we go through with the gen y employees. We certainly have had a high turnover with our gen y employees. Incentives, bonuses, etc. Can't seem to keep them happy.

I have always been amazed at how many people feel that these "benefits" are standard and that they desrve them. As you say especially the "Gen Y can't I have everything now" generation. And now with the contribute nothing but get socialized healthcare and free college educations and whatever else our new leaders are dreaming up it seems as if they are telling them they were right to feel so deserving.
