		<description>I agree, the Texas Payday Act is one tough law you do not want to mess with unless you have a flood, hurricane or other acts of God or Nature on your side. Even complete computer melt down is not a good enough reason to not pay an employee when you have a specific date stated. And there&#039;s a poster to make sure you have the specific days posted! I&#039;m sure other states have just as tough ones by Texas is an iron fist on it!</description>
