		<description>to GL:  I still think the subsidy was a great idea.  if it was you without insurance or the means to pay out $1,000.00 a month while umemployed, I bet you&#039;d like it.

So far, I haven&#039;t jump through any hoops for reimbursement.  Have you?</description>

		<description>First they push this on the employers to not only decide who qualifies for the subsidy and front the money, now you have to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. 

When will this administration stop pushing and make informed decisions that make sense!  Sorry I forgot this is how is has always worked.</description>
