		<description><![CDATA[I am curious where these stats came from. Just in normal insurance costs the last 2 years, last year went up 23%, this year we were lucky and costs only went up 7%. You add in age and whatever the health is of these adults are that they will bring to the table, plus adding more people for the company to cover, where does it only go up 1% in the next 4 years? I want your insurance.]]></description>
