		<description>The only problem with that solution is that FMLA allows a spouse to provide emotional and moral support--physical assistance is not the only criterion; so if a physician indicates that the spouse&#039;s assistance is not necessary for his/her patient&#039;s medical care, who&#039;s to say that the one who&#039;s ill couldn&#039;t still benefit emotionally from the presence of his/her spouse? It&#039;s going to remain a gray area no matter.</description>
