I would think Immigration and Customs Enforcement is the govt body to enforce immigration laws since it is in their name. What is FEMA for but to aid in disaster preparedness? DHS has as its five objectives areas that are covered by other administrations within the govt (NSA, CIA, Border Patrol, ICE, FEMA, TSA). Are they trying to unify all of this work under the guise of the DHS? Now they think its best to use YouTube to get out the message? Why don't they use public radio and TV for this kind of message rather than the pap they usually provide on the airwaves? I am curious what they are trying to unify?
