Some states and municipalities — and some private employers — are trying to enforce English-only rules, in which employees would be required to converse in English. What do you think?

How do you feel about 'English-only' rules?

  • Employers should have full authority to require English -- and only English -- in the workplace (65%, 1,248 Votes)
  • Employers should require English only if it's a part of doing business, such as dealing with customers (30%, 581 Votes)
  • I oppose all English-only rules (4%, 80 Votes)
  • Not sure (1%, 25 Votes)

Total Voters: 1,934
