		<description>A good employer makes arrangements for these situations.  Generally the new carrier either agrees to accept liability for employees out on medical leave or the old carrier understands these folks will be their responsibility until they do, if ever return to work.  It&#039;s all in the contract negotiations!</description>

		<description>This is almost as bad as the guy who got cancer, made sure all the paper work was in and correct on his life insurance, and when he passed there was some technical slip up and the claim was denied. THere was something in there about him needing to return to work....</description>
