		<description>In my opinion the reasons given above are not just true of young employees, but of employees of all ages and possibly even moreso of the older employee.  Although many employees claim to have left their previous job for a higher paying one, I think most employees would go to great lengths to retain a position where they trusted the leadership, were included and kept informed about the goings on of the company, and felt appreciated as a valued member of the staff. Although it has been said that everyone has their price, few people (of any age) would be motivated to trade a great work environment for money.</description>
