You’ve probably been faced with making an important presentation to distracted managers. If so, you might want to take a tip from the crew that appears in a video one airline uses to keep passengers’ attention during safety instructions. Let’s just say they’re not in uniform. Or in any sort of clothing.
The Air New Zealand safety video on domestic flights shows pilot and cabin crew dressed only in body paint. Discreet camera angles are used to keep the video G-rated.
The body-paint theme is all part of the airline’s latest marketing campaign, which includes ads that show CEO Rob Fyfe similarly adorned in only body paint. You may want to suggest the same thing to your own CEO. You may want to start looking for another job, too.
Not that you really care, but just for curiosity’s sake, you can view the safety video on YouTube here.
