A lot of states and localities have enacted smoke-free workplace laws or are considering a ban. Is yours one of them?
About 20 states and a boatload of cities, counties and towns have passed laws. To clear up some confusion about who’s covered, the American Nonsmokers’ Rights Foundation has just released a handy list.
