Bobby Melloy, Ph.D. is the Director of People Science, North America at Culture Amp. Bobby leads the Customer People Science function, working shoulder-to-shoulder with customers throughout their employee feedback journey to design listening strategies, interpret data, and take action. He regularly conducts seminars, webinars, and masterclasses focused on thought leadership and industry best practices.
Bobby earned his MS and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and his BA in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. He is an adjunct professor in the College of Business at Stony Brook University and in the College of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State.
Bobby also publishes external research on employee motivation and wellbeing, vocational interests, and organizational culture.
