Dr. Paola Cecchi-Dimeglio, Harvard Law School and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government faculty chair
Dr. Paola Cecchi-Dimeglio is a leading authority on helping senior leaders make more inclusive decisions for themselves and their organizations. Having advised some of the largest for-profit and non-profit companies in the world, she is an award-winning expert on behavioral and data science, big data, AI, race and gender, and leadership strategy. She is a behavioral and data scientist and a lawyer. She holds dual appointments at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Law School, where she serves as the faculty chair of the Executive Leadership Research Initiative for Women and Minority Attorneys.
She has authored over 80 articles that have appeared in leading scholarly journals and the popular press. Her research has been featured in Business Insider, Harvard Business Review (HBR), MIT Sloan Management Review, Bloomberg, and she has been cited in numerous newspapers, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Times, and The Washington Post.
Her most recent book, ‘Diversity Dividend: The Transformational Power of Small Changes to Debias Your Company, Attract Diverse Talent, Manage Everyone Better—and Make More Money’ (published by MIT Press), offers a strategic roadmap.
