Erica Pachmann is part of the North America-West People Science team serving US-based and global organizations. At Culture Amp, Erica partners with customers to support engagement, effectiveness, and performance initiatives. She collaborates with organizations’ leadership teams to provide guidance around survey design, results interpretation, and action planning to inform and support organizational initiatives and people strategies.
Erica has worked with organizations across various sectors, including tech, fin-tech, manufacturing, energy, entertainment, criminal justice, and health care to uncover insights and design and carry out onboarding programs, strategic plans, workforce assessments, talent management strategies, and program/initiative evaluations.
Before joining Culture Amp, Erica was a Director at a boutique consulting firm managing a team of consultants and vendors to ensure clients’ needs were met.
Erica earned her Master’s in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University.
