Hywel Jones serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at TD SYNNEX, a Fortune 100 company and the world’s largest distributor of technology products. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in Human Resources and Total Rewards, Hywel leads a global team responsible for executive and broad-based compensation, benefits, and well-being strategies for 24,000 co-workers across 50 countries.

Before specializing in Total Rewards, Hywel built his career in HR Business Partnering, both at TD SYNNEX and previously at Siemens IT Solutions and Services (now Atos).

He holds a degree in Law and Politics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Farnborough College of Technology.

Outside of work, Hywel is passionate about fitness and the outdoors—he takes on ultra walking challenges, enjoys the gym, plays golf, and is an avid supporter of Welsh rugby.
