Over 16+ years at General Mills, she’s held HR leadership roles across U.S. Retail Sales, North American Retail, and Global Supply Chain—supporting large-scale transformation, talent and organizational strategy, and frontline manufacturing environments (union and non-union). Her background blends enterprise workforce strategy with deep operational HR leadership across corporate, technology, and plant settings.

Simmi Mehta is a principal at Deloitte and has spent the last 20 years supporting clients to transform their planning processes. Specifically, she helps organizations drive process efficiency and accuracy through better connectivity across functions such as Sales, Finance, and HR, through Processes, Data, Technology, and Analytics transformation.

Jason Mancuso is a Senior Manager and leader in Deloitte’s Customer & Marketing Practice with 15+ years’ experience leading large technology implementations. He creates scalable enterprise planning solutions for organizations, embedded with leading practices to drive automation, accuracy, and transparency. These solutions integrate processes across HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compensation, supporting their organizational sales and compensation objectives. He specializes in workforce planning tech transformations, creating strategic, cross-functional solutions that integrate planning across time horizons.
