Stephanie Ventrella is the Vice President of Mid-Market Sales at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility and family-building platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. In her role, Stephanie oversees the mid-market sales strategy and operations while supporting her team as they bring on new clients to Carrot.
Prior to joining Carrot, Stephanie worked at several highly successful start-ups, including ActiveNetwork, Eventbrite, Culture Amp, and Tray.io. She has been fortunate to work with and lead global teams. A career highlight was being one of the founding members of Eventbrite Australia, where she focused on growing Eventbrite’s APAC business, winning new clients, and developing the local sales function. Upon returning to the U.S., Stephanie supported the global growth that paved the way for Eventbrite’s IPO.
Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Hofstra University. She currently lives in San Francisco and enjoys hiking and coaching youth field hockey in her spare time.
