He earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and left the stock brokering world to start his own financial planning and investment management firm, Retirement & Education Group, Inc., a financial planning practice that assisted individuals and small business owners with their overall financial planning needs. Known for his unique, irreverent approach to business and the financial industry, Chad regularly shares his insights in national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNN Money, Bloomberg Wealth Manager, Business Week, Entrepreneur, and elsewhere. He is a graduate of Florida International University and holds a Master’s in Finance from Golden Gate University.
Mona Dhillon, VP of People & Culture
Mona Dhillon is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources leader who recently joined Ubiquity Retirement and Services as their VP of People and Culture. With a proven track record in scaling HR and talent acquisition processes, Mona excels at aligning human capital strategies with organizational goals to foster growth and innovation.
Before her role at Ubiquity, she served as the VP of HR and Talent Acquisition at WelcomeTech and Zest AI, where she implemented initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and retention, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration. As the Head of Talent Acquisition at ZestFinance, Mona streamlined recruitment processes, significantly improving hiring efficiency while attracting top-tier talent.
Her previous experiences include serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NationBuilder, where she led efforts to build a diverse workforce that reflected the organization’s mission, and as the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at OpenX, where she developed comprehensive HR frameworks to support organizational scaling.
