When HR hires teenagers, it requires some extra effort. Often the young person is starting his first job, and certain workplace boundaries have to be explained.
Here’s an example of one such boundary: Don’t snap pictures of women as they’re undressing.
A 15-year-old boy was fired from his job at Idlewild Park in Ligonier, PA, for allegedly taking cell phone pictures and video of a woman undressing in a water park changing room.
Police have charged him with disorderly conduct, according to wire service reports. They say the boy attached the phone to a broom handle so he could lift it over a changing room wall.
The woman notified security when she noticed the phone with the red blinking light that indicated it was recording.
