On the other hand, there is what Australian House of Representatives member Belinda Neal said to a pregnant rival — that her baby could be born a demon.
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has ordered Neal, a member of his party, to seek anger counseling and improve her behavior.
This isn’t the first media report of questionable conduct from Neal. Other revelations include that she was suspended from a soccer team for kicking a fallen opponent and allegations she threatened and abused staff at a restaurant near Sydney.
Neal told reporters she’d agreed to anger management counseling. “I think frankly that it will be a good thing,” she said.
