Question: Recently, I was part of an interview panel, and we interviewed a candidate who was on his second round. All of my colleagues loved him, but I had some concerns about his knowledge and experience. Everyone else wants him to move on to the third and final round of interviews, but I don’t think he should. Is it worth speaking up about, or am I off-base with my assessment here?
