It’s on Us: Drive Inclusion and Prevent Inequality

A diverse, inclusive workplace provides a safe space for employees to do great work.

So if a situation arises that makes an employee feel unwelcome (or in worse cases, unsafe) it’s important to address it – so you can prevent repeat incidents.

The best way to ensure you’re creating a workplace that doesn’t tolerate harassment and discrimination?

Equipping your employees and leaders with the tools they need to intervene when they see racism, sexism, and other forms of harassment in the workplace.

Join the experts at EVERFI for a complimentary webinar about preventing and addressing harassment. We’ll teach you how to build a workforce that’s equipped to address discrimination when they see it.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to prevent incidents of racism and sexism
  • Frameworks, tactics, and approaches to bystander intervention
  • The risks of inaction and delve into proactive prevention strategies
  • And more

Your Speakers:

Elizabeth Owens Bille, JD, SHRM-SCP, is the SVP of Workplace Culture at EVERFI where she serves as EVERFI’s subject matter expert on workplace culture issues such as harassment, discrimination, and ethics in the workplace.

Prior to joining EVERFI, Elizabeth was the general counsel and ethics officer of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and also served as a legal and policy advisor to the Vice Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

As an employment law attorney, she has counseled employers of all sizes and provided training to attorneys, HR professionals, and government investigators on complex workplace issues.

Jesse Bridges is the SVP of DEI at EVERFI where she serves as EVERFI’s subject matter expert on DEI, representing our thought leadership across the corporate, higher education, and K12 networks. She also sits on the executive team to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and ensure we serve as a model and incubator for best practices.
