Chelsey Morrison is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, supporting customers in the Eastern region of North America. Before joining Culture Amp, Chelsey worked within the Technology, MedTech, and Education industries as an HR Business Partner and People Analytics Consultant. In her roles, she partnered with business and HR leaders to achieve strategic business goals from data-based insights and decisions. Most recently, she worked at Salesforce, where she supported their global Sales organization in driving their employee experience to achieve optimal performance. Some of Chelsey’s projects have included topics such as: selection, engagement, retention, performance management, leadership development, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She received her BS in Psychology from Ball State University and her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
Vaneeta Sandhu Psy.D. Head of Emotional Fitness, Coa
Dr. Vaneeta Sandhu is the Head of Emotional Fitness at Coa, where she leads the creation of Coa’s class experiences and curriculum. Through her background in clinical psychology and education, she brings an engaging and down-to-earth approach in helping people prioritize mental health through the practice of emotional fitness. With more than 10 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, facilitator, educator, and public speaker, Vaneeta has combined her passion for teaching and learning to partner with both academic and corporate brands internationally. Outside of her role at Coa, she currently supervises clinical psychology and dissertation research at Adler University, where she also taught as a professor. Most recently, Vaneeta was a facilitator at LifeLabs Learning, where she focused on training leadership competencies in managers, executives, and teams at innovative companies like Lyft, Yelp, Twitter, Reddit, and Dropbox. Her expertise includes principles of behavior change, cross-cultural dynamics, and adult learning. She has a passion for disseminating mental health knowledge and skills to the public in a way that is accessible and applicable to everyday life.
