Thaddeus Rada-Bayne is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, primarily supporting customers in the Central and Eastern regions. Before joining Culture Amp, he worked with public and private clients, running engagement surveys, uncovering insights, designing and validating hiring systems, and updating promotion processes. He has also been a full-time psychology professor at several schools, including Edinboro University, Augsburg University, and North Central College.
Thaddeus earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology at Bowling Green State University and his B.A. in psychology at Roosevelt University.
