Activity stays pretty steady through the beginning of the workweek, and declines sharply on Saturday and Sunday. As for specific times, traffic is the highest between the hours of 12 and 4.
What does it mean for recruiters? Since most sites organize posts by the date they were uploaded, eQuest recommends employers post jobs in the mornings on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
