How’d you like to write a job description for somebody who had the title of “Master Handshaker”?
Seems that workers are getting creative about how they refer to their positions on their business cards.
Business card printer MOO.COM notes that some of the old traditional titles just don’t pack the same punch as they once did. Apparently, one-word descriptions such as Manager, Executive and Representative are likely to melt into the background.
So employees are coming up with titles that pack a new punch. They’re especially popular with young and quickly evolving companies, according to the specialty printer.
Modern job titles noted by MOO.COM include:
- Web Designer
- Web Kahuna
- Digital Advisor
- Digital Dynamo
- Social Media Trailblazer
- Marketing Rock Star
- Problem Wrangler
- Happiness Advocate
- Plumber Hero
- Transportation Captain
- New Media Guru
- Corporate Magician
- Master Handshaker
- Communications Ambassador
- Problem Wrangler, and
- Head Cheese.
Do you know anyone who fits one of those descriptions?
