Cut Costs, Not Coverage:
What Every Employer Needs to Know
Healthcare costs continue to climb at an unprecedented rate, putting pressure on employers to make difficult decisions about their benefits strategy. But reducing or eliminating benefits isn’t the solution, it can actually drive higher long-term costs, lower employee satisfaction, and reduce organizational productivity.
In this webinar, we’ll explore practical, proven strategies employers can use to control rising healthcare spend without compromising the quality of their benefits. Attendees will learn how proactive health management and smarter plan design can create meaningful savings while improving the overall well-being of their workforce.
Key Topics We’ll Cover:
- Leading With Prevention: Discover why investing in preventive care is one of the most effective cost saving strategies. We’ll discuss how screenings, primary care access, early detection programs, and lifestyle interventions reduce major claims before they arise.
- Managing Chronic Conditions With Confidence: Chronic illnesses account for the majority of healthcare spending. Learn how targeted programs, care navigation, digital health tools, and ongoing employee engagement can improve health outcomes and significantly lower costs.
- Addressing the High Cost of Prescription Drugs: The cost of specialty medications continues to surge. We’ll break down strategies for managing pharmacy spend, from formulary optimization to alternative funding solutions to improving medication adherence.
- Why Cutting Benefits Isn’t the Answer: Reducing coverage may seem like a quick fix, but it often leads to delayed care, worsening chronic conditions, higher claims, and increased turnover. We’ll explore how maintaining strong benefits can protect both your bottom line and your workforce.
- Engaging Your Workforce in Their Health: True savings come when employees understand, value, and utilize their benefits. We’ll highlight best practices to increase health engagement, from communication strategies to digital tools to building a culture of wellbeing.
By the end of this session, employers and HR leaders will walk away with actionable insights and a roadmap for reducing healthcare spend, while still offering competitive, high-quality benefits that support employees and strengthen organizational performance.
