Dr. Cecchi-Dimeglio is a leading authority helping senior leaders make better inclusive decisions for themselves and their organizations. She is an award-winning expert on behavioral and data science, Big Data & AI, leadership & strategy, gender & diversity and the legal profession.
She serves as faculty Chair of the Executive Leadership Research Initiative for Women and Minority Attorneys (ELRIWMA), which under her leadership has become a leading research initiative on diversity research and interventions since she co-founded it in 2014 at Harvard Law School and Harvard Kennedy School, in the Women and Public Policy Program (WAPPP).
Her research has been featured in Business Insider, Harvard Business Review (HBR), MIT Sloan Management Review, The American Lawyer, and at legal websites, including Bloomberg Law and Thomson Reuters Legal. Tiffany Gamblin – HR Industry Advisor
Tiffany Gamblin, Paycom’s HR industry advisor, has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, developing processes and collaborative strategies across different functions within HR. She is especially proficient in the areas of benefits administration, employee relations, compliance and employee development. During her time at Paycom, she has established herself as a thought leader within the HR community, appearing as a repeat guest on the HR Break Room® podcast and a subject matter expert for webinars, speaking engagements and HR media publications.
Gamblin’s current role combines HR, content strategy, strategic planning and data-driven insight to drive content that truly resonates with HR professionals while enhancing visibility into Paycom’s single software.
Before joining Paycom, she held several human resources positions with a grocery store chain and wholesale distributor.
Gamblin serves on the advisory board for The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma and frequently volunteers with her family. Her passion for community service is centered around making a positive impact on the lives of those in the community and providing essential support to those in need.
