Performance Management: 7 Trends to Anticipate
The days of sitting down with an employee once a year to review their work are over. That’s not helpful for anyone in this new era of hybrid working and changing organizational structures.
Performance reviews and assessments should be candid, two-way conversations that happen throughout the year. This is what today’s workforce not only looks for, but expects.
Join Trish McFarlane, CEO and principal analyst for H3 HR Advisors and co-host of HR Happy Hour podcast, to discuss seven trending topics for the future of performance management, including:
- The importance of providing actionable feedback throughout the year
- Helping employees achieve personal goals to set them up for professional success
- Adapting to changing organizational structures and the world of hybrid work
- How the right HR tech can help create the feedback loop needed to aid in professional development
