Joanna Walker has over 12 years of professional experience leading teams as a true Recruiting Expert and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Advisor. Joanna has experience initiating and managing relationships with crucial diversity partners, creating and executing recruiting & retention strategies, and building effectively driven teams that deliver positive results.
Joanna was most recently Head of Recruitment at Evercore, a premier independent investment bank managing both experienced and campus recruiting teams. She also led the Evercore Women’s Network running programming & their annual Women’s Conference. She received her BA from the University of Denver and an MS from the University of Utah.
Hayley Skivington:
Hayley Skivington has over 15 years of experience in product and GTM strategies, with a background in HCM tech and SaaS software. She’s responsible for driving the product strategy at Oleeo, where she has had a profound effect in the short time she has been with the team.
