Technology employees spend a lot of time dealing with end users and managers. Still, training a tech staff in people skills can be a challenge. But here’s a simple way to teach a staff those soft skills.
It’s important for IT staff to get a handle on soft skills, either because they deal with people or so they can be primed for leadership positions in the future. But those things aren’t always at the top of tech employees’ lists of strengths.
