Competition got employees out of ‘silos’ and working together

Due to the layout of our facility, our departments are “siloed.” 

But we didn’t want departments to feel isolated – that’s a recipe for poor morale and low retention.  

So a colleague and I set out to create team-building activities that would create camaraderie and keep employees’ spirits high.
