Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I take a Free Trial?

Seeing is believing. That’s why we want you to review our membership content and see its value for yourself – risk-free for 21 days. If you’re not in love with the value you’re getting, simply cancel, and you risk nothing.

How do I access the content?

After you sign up for your free trial, we’ll email you a username and password. Just login and start exploring from the convenience of your membership dashboard.

Is my access limited in any way?

Not at all. You’ll have 21 days of FULL ACCESS to ALL HRMorning Insider content to read and use as much as you want. In fact, we encourage you to dig in as deeply as you can to understand the full value of what we offer.

How do I cancel my 21-day trial?

If you decide we’re not a good fit for you – which we doubt will be the case – you can cancel at any time during your 21-day review. Our 1-click cancel option makes it as easy as clicking a button.

Do you remind me when my trial is almost up?

Absolutely. If you’re worried about forgetting when your 21 days are up – you can rest easy. We’ll send you an email notification one week before your trial ends as a reminder.

How does the subscription work?

After your 21-day review, if you don’t cancel, your trial will convert to a membership subscription and your credit card will be charged the annual membership subscription fee of $197 or $247, depending on your membership level. To ensure uninterrupted access, we’ll automatically renew your subscription and charge your card each year, unless you let us know you don’t wish to renew. Don’t worry – we’ll send out reminders to you well in advance of your subscription renewal date to give you the opportunity to let us know if you won’t be renewing.

Is it worth it?

Only you can be the judge of that. But considering how expensive one mistake can be, we think it’s a bargain. A recent case in TN involving minimum wage, overtime and recordkeeping violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act cost a company more than $130,000 in back wages plus fines.

You also know the cost in time and money when a misstep by one of your supervisors turns into the nightmare of protracted litigation. Our membership fee is a fraction of that cost.

We also think it’s a bargain because, well – it is! The value of our 14 Essential Insights alone is $435 when purchased individually. Add in our Blueprints, Practical Tools, digital newsletter and other membership features and the total value of our content if sold separately is close to $2,500. Plus, new membership content is constantly being added.

Another thing to bear in mind is that much of our content is not available for purchase to the general public. The ONLY way you can get this exclusive, members-only content is by becoming an HRMorning Insider.

We encourage you to sign up for a 21-day risk-free trial and see for yourself all the value that we offer.
