About Lacey Lett

Lacey Lett is Corporate Communications Lead at Paycom, where she supports strategic communications and media engagement. She brings a unique mix of corporate communications leadership and newsroom experience, having worked across television, radio, print, digital and brand storytelling.
Before moving into communications leadership, she spent years as an anchor and reporter and helped develop “A Place to Call Home,” an award-recognized series that highlighted Oklahoma children in foster care and is credited with helping place 152 children into permanent homes. Her career also includes experience in music radio and video production for national networks.
Lacey is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
About Dr. Greg Wells

Dr. Greg Wells is a scientist, human physiologist and five-time bestselling author known for turning complex physiology into simple, high-impact strategies that help people and organizations thrive under pressure.
After breaking his neck at 15 and returning to elite swimming, Greg devoted his career to understanding human limits and potential. He earned his PhD in human physiology at the University of Toronto, completed post-doctoral fellowships at the Hospital for Sick Children and Toronto General Hospital, and served as Director of Sport Science at the Canadian Sport Institute, working with more than 200 Olympians. He later became a tenured professor at the University of Toronto and is now Senior Scientist Emeritus in Translational Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children, with more than 70 peer-reviewed publications.
His books, Super Bodies, The Ripple Effect, The Focus Effect, Rest, Refocus, Recharge and Powerhouse, are published by HarperCollins and capture two decades of research and frontline work in high performance. He also created and hosted Super Bodies for the Vancouver and London Olympic broadcasts, which won a Gemini Award for Best Sports Analysis.
Greg has delivered keynotes around the world at events such as TEDx, Mastermind Talks and The Titan Summit, sharing the stage with leaders including Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak. A lifelong athlete, he has completed the Nanisivik Marathon north of the Arctic Circle, Ironman Canada and the 11,000-km Tour d’Afrique. His mission is to close the gap between information overload and daily action by giving people evidence-based tools to sleep, eat, move, think and recover better.
