Ownership and Copyright. This Website, including all its features and content, is owned and made available by HRMorning. All content included on this Website is protected by copyright law, and you may use it only under these terms of service.
Term and Termination. Your ability to access services offered via this Website will begin and end on dates agreed upon by you and HRMorning. Once you agree to purchase these services, you may terminate your obligation to pay for them only under these terms of service.
Membership Options, Payment Terms, Refunds, and Upgrade Terms. The fees for your Membership are charged in advance, are non-refundable, and automatically renew on an annual basis, as specified in your Membership. All subscriptions are governed by automatic renewal provisions, as further described below.
- For Annual subscriptions, HRMorning may at times offer a one-time 30-day money back annual guarantee. If you choose to subscribe to this membership, payment for your first year is due on the first day you are provided access to the site’s content. If you cancel within 30 days of the day on which you are first provided access, your payment will be refunded in full. If you do not cancel within the initial 30-day period, you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, of payment already made. Unless you cancel within 10 days of the expiration of your then-current annual term, your annual subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged for an amount equal to the cost of an additional year of access to the site. At least 30 days and not more than 60 days prior to your then-current cancellation deadline (10 days prior to the end of the then-current annual term), we will provide you with a notice that tells you that the annual subscription will automatically renew, explains how to cancel, provides your deadline to cancel, and tells you whether a rate increase accompanies renewal. You can cancel at any time by sending an email to email@example.com, or by clicking the “Cancel” button on the “Account Details” page in the HRMorning membership area of the site. If you cancel at any time after the expiration of the initial 30-day period, you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, of amounts already charged to your account. For purposes of this subparagraph, “initial 30-day period” refers to the single 30 initial days you have access to the site and not to any subsequent 30-day renewal-related period.
- Any discounts applied to a previous subscription may not apply to a renewed subscription, including to any automatic renewals.
Limited License. HRMorning grants you a limited right to access, use and display the materials available via this service, provided you do not modify or attempt to modify its content or use its content for any commercial or public purpose. You agree and understand that this site’s features and content are protected by applicable copyright laws, and you agree not to use or permit the use of these features and content in a manner that violates such laws.
Credit Card Payments. All subscription fees will be billed to a credit card that you provide. You authorize the card issuer to pay us amounts due under your subscription until all amounts due are paid or until you or we end your subscription (whichever is later). You promise to keep all billing information relating to the card current and accurate, to keep your account current, and to notify us if your card is lost or stolen. You also authorize us to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates for your card if it expires. To satisfy your financial obligations under your subscription, we can charge any card issued to you as a replacement. If your credit card issuer does not make payment, you promise to pay all amounts due. You are solely responsible for any foreign transaction fees or related charges levied by your card issuer.

Further, HRMorning does not warrant or make any representation concerning the accuracy or reliability of the material contained herein or otherwise relating to such material or any material on any sites linked to the site. HRMorning does not warrant that the site will operate error-free or that the site and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful components. If your use of the site and the material results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, HRMorning is not responsible for these costs.

You consent to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to resolve any claim arising from your use of this site, and you further agree to waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over such dispute. You also agree to accept service of process by certified mail, return receipt requested at the address designated by you. You agree to pay HRMorning any court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses it incurs in successfully proving a breach of any of these terms of service.
