Employee Life Cycle Stages:

What They Need When They Need It

From the moment someone applies for a job at your company, they begin the employee life cycle. And the one constant in that journey? You.

As their employer, you’re responsible to ensure they have everything necessary to be successful, from the onboarding materials required for Day 1 to the expense management process and even the benefits they enroll in. You influence them while they’re on the clock and in their lives outside work through the pay and perks they receive.

Can you ensure seamless and user-friendly employee life cycle management?

With the right tools and automated tasks, your employees will navigate each stage of their employment, while you reduce hours and costs these activities incur.

Join as Dr. Jessica Sharp, leadership psychologist, discusses:

  • Understanding the different employee life cycle stages
  • Identifying specific employee needs for each stage
  • Using automation and tools to organize and improve the employee life cycle
