Last-Minute HR Considerations for Open Enrollment

Making your process as painless as possible

One of HR’s most important duties: facilitating a stress-free open enrollment for your employees.

But during the COVID-19 pandemic, conversations around healthcare and other benefits are anything but easy – so best practices for open enrollment look different this year.

How can you ensure a painless process from start to finish at your organization?

Join us for a complimentary webinar on 9/21 to learn about the last-minute considerations that will guarantee your open enrollment process is a success – from start to finish.

You’ll pick up valuable pointers to assist you and your team in ensuring that employees’ needs are met – while adhering to legal enrollment requirements.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • Employee communication strategies, tactics, and vehicles – and how to handle these conversations while working remotely

  • The COVID-19 specific requirements you need to know

  • Tips to help employees make benefits decisions that are in their best interest (and in your company’s best interest, too)

  • What you need to do before new benefits take effect

BONUS: All registrants receive a complimentary guide about voluntary benefits.
