Dr. Keegan Walden is the Co-founder and COO of Torch. In this capacity, he leads a behavioral science team focused on developing empirically derived tools that generate feedback and analytics to help leaders recognize and overcome their challenges. Prior to founding Torch,
Keegan ran the outcomes research team at a national provider of behavioral health services. As a biracial co-founder, he is committed to the work of antiracism and leads courses on the subject. Keegan has an M.S. and a Ph.D. in psychology from Northwestern University and a BA in psychology from Yale University.
Tramel Dodd, Sr. Director of Talent Enablement, Reddit
Tramel Dodd is Senior Director, Talent Enablement at Reddit where he is responsible for creating strategic enablement programs and initiatives that transform and support key growth and development for employees. He brings more than 10 years of experience establishing scalable programs and organizational cultures where continuous growth and learning lead to the best performances. Prior to Reddit, Tramel sharpened his skills and knowledge in learning and development roles at Uber, Hulu, Accruent, and Electronic Arts. In addition to working at Reddit, he is a proud daily user of the platform – his favorite current subreddits are r/Lakers, r/NetflixBestOf, and r/GetMotivated.
