She has designed and implemented highly successful programs for employee retention, internal and external customer satisfaction, and leadership development. She is also well-known for being the author of the HR Bartender blog, which has been recognized as one of the Top 5 Blogs read by HR professionals. She is the author of Manager Onboarding: 5 Steps for Setting New Leaders Up for Success. Her latest book is The Recruiter’s Handbook: A Complete Guide for Sourcing, Selecting and Engaging the Best Talent.
