Senior People Scientist, Culture Amp
Vivian Fructuoso is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp. As a member of the People Science team, Vivian partners with customers to design their surveys and performance templates, ensuring they are asking the right questions to gather the most insightful data possible. She also helps our customers unpack their survey results, uncover their biggest areas of opportunity, and identify how to take meaningful action. She primarily supports customers in the West region of North America.
Prior to joining Culture Amp, Vivian worked within several large entertainment organizations leading projects related to talent management, system implementation and adoption, employee development, and people analytics. She received her BS in Psychology from the University of California San Diego and her MA in Organizational Behavior Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
