Colby Nesbitt

Head of People Analytics, Lattice

Colby Nesbitt leads the People Analytics team at Lattice, an HR software company that helps companies drive high performance and engagement. For over a decade, she has used analytics to help organizations hire, assess, develop and retain their most valuable talent. Before joining Lattice, she worked at Twitter and consulted for organizations across the federal government and military. Colby has a PhD in industrial organizational psychology and has published research on leadership, engagement and the changing nature of work.

“The questions you ask on an engagement survey tell employees what you think is important. If you ask 20 questions about their productivity and only one about their manager, that says something.”
