Reignite Collaboration and Morale in Your Remote Workers

Don’t Let Distance Divide Your Workforce

As many of us were forced to work remotely within the past year, companies and employees alike are considering work-from-home for the long-term (even after the pandemic).

We’ve seen great output come from remote work – like better individual performance and productivity.

We’ve also seen some of the key, traditional components of a successful workforce fall off track while working from a distance – like employee collaboration and team morale.

Team and cross-functional collaboration and comradery used to be inspired by office interaction, from informal watercooler chats to structured board meetings. Without your employees being in the same place, remote work poses a threat to teamwork and collaboration.

That’s where we come in.

To help reinvigorate your team, incorporate ways to keep your people connected, and ultimately, boost and sustain productivity, join us for this free webinar on February 17th. In it we will provide ways to address loss of collaboration, social isolation, and worker fatigue while providing:

  • Techniques that allow people to collaborate better while working remotely
  • Ways to maintain your warm, in-person culture without being in-person
  • Tools that can facilitate connection, enthusiasm, and ideas
  • How to optimize organizational momentum while avoiding excessive worker stress
  • Methods that shift your employees from “burned out” to “charged up”

Your Speaker:  Michelle Coussens

Duration: 1 hour

Workplace Compliance Trends in 2021: Staying Ready for What’s Next

Recently, the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021 was signed into law and includes additional funding for businesses as well as tax credits and extended paid sick leave provisions for employees.

The bill extends the Paycheck Protection Program(PPP) through March 31, 2021, and allows smaller and harder-hit businesses that qualify to draw a second loan for a maximum amount of $2 million.

Additionally, the legislation extends the availability of refundable payroll tax credits for paid sick and family leave, initially enacted in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and enhances the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act Employee Retention Tax Credits available to employers.

With this new legislation being implemented quickly, what can your organization do today to ensure your workplace remains compliant?

Join AJ Griffin, Paycom’s director of government and community affairs, for this HRCI- and SHRM-certified webinar to discuss:

  • What’s included in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 – and how it may impact your business in 2021
  • Updates to the FFCRA and CARES Act
  • Paid sick and paid family leave programs
  • And much more!

Your Speaker:

AJ Griffin, Paycom director of government and community affairs

AJ Griffin is a former Oklahoma state senator recognized by numerous organizations for her policy work primarily in the areas of social services, health care, and energy. Currently, AJ keeps her fingers on the pulse of legislation nationwide as the Director of Government and Community Affairs at Paycom where she manages all company government and community relations across the country. Prior to her years in public service AJ was a community and social services executive leading mission-based organizations.

How to Maintain Cultural Continuity During COVID-19

Organizations around the globe have had to make big adjustments to their operations in the wake of COVID-19.

And while operational questions are important, it’s equally (if not more) critical that we take care of  our most valuable asset: our people.

This isn’t the first catastrophic event to upend the world – so luckily, there’s precedent for improving corporate culture during stressful global events.

Data spanning from the Great Depression to the financial crash of 2008 to SARS has left clues to what businesses need to focus on to foster resilient and productive cultures during times of disruption and heightened anxiety.

In this webcast, Achievers chief workforce scientist Natalie Baumgartner and employee engagement evangelist Brie Harvey explore:

  • What decades of organizational development research on crisis management tells us about the most impactful actions leaders can take to inspire and engage employees during times of ambiguity, change and angst
  • Examples of what some of the world’s most progressive brands have done to maintain cultural continuity since the onset of the pandemic
  • And more!
